Team
Gonzalo brings 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, infrastructure, and renewable energy, specialising in connecting global capital and innovation with opportunities in Latin America. Experience includes structuring, negotiating, and executing multi-billion-dollar financings, M&A transactions, and investment strategies for energy, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure.
In addition to renewable energy, a strong track record in introducing world-class technologies and startups into Latin America, facilitating their successful market entry and growth in the region.
Deep knowledge of the Latin American markets, strengthened by a Master in Finance from London Business School, and proven expertise in building cross-border partnerships that deliver sustainable growth and impact.
Tomás brings over a decade of experience in consultancy at LATAM Airlines and in omnichannel operations at Falabella Group, the largest retailer in Latin America. He has lived in five countries, leading projects in e-commerce, logistics, technology, and customer experience — including the merger of LAN and TAM and the first synergy project across Falabella’s four retail formats.
Tomás has deep expertise in developing and implementing a wide range of technologies that drive operational efficiency and customer engagement.
He also has a strong network across Latin America, further strengthened by an MBA from Columbia Business School.
